Terms of Service

Pull Terminal is an independently operated interface for tokenized, vaulted collectibles. We show listings, sales and activity read from public blockchains and third-party marketplaces, and let you act on them from your own wallet.

Pull Terminal is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the marketplaces, vaults, gacha machines, grading companies or brands it shows. Card names and images belong to their owners and appear only to identify the items.

Pull Terminal is non-custodial. We never hold your funds, cards or private keys, and we can't move anything without your signature. Every purchase, offer, trade or pack is a transaction you review and approve in your own wallet.

Blockchain transactions are final. Check every transaction before you sign it. We can't reverse, cancel or refund a transaction once it's confirmed. Keep your seed phrase private: we will never ask for it.

Listings, prices and availability come from third-party marketplaces and can change or disappear at any moment, including between when you approve a transaction and when it lands. Purchases and cash offers are fulfilled by the marketplace that holds the listing, under its own terms.

Card-for-card trades between Pull Terminal users settle through an on-chain escrow: both sides' items move together or not at all. Messages in trade threads are between you and the other party; never send anything outside escrow, and report anyone who asks you to.

Insured values, floors, comparable sales, PnL figures and other numbers are estimates for information only. They are not appraisals or offers to buy.

Packs are run and fulfilled by a third-party machine operator from graded cards held in a third-party vault. Every pull is random. The odds and value ranges shown are those reported by the machine at the time and can change between pulls. You might receive a card worth less than you paid.

You must be 18 or older, and packs are only available where they are lawful. You are responsible for knowing whether they're allowed where you live. Instant buyback, where offered, is provided by the machine operator for a limited time, at the rate shown.

We show our fee before you approve anything: a small fee on purchases made here, a fee on each side of a completed card-for-card trade, a small fee on token swaps when you pay with a token other than USDC, and a fee included in the expected value of gacha packs. Network fees and the marketplace's own fees are separate. Fees may change; the amount shown at checkout is what applies.

Don't use Pull Terminal to break the law, defraud or harass anyone, manipulate markets, impersonate others, or interfere with the site (including scraping it at a rate that degrades it, or getting around its limits). We may restrict access, hide content or remove messages that break these rules.

Nothing on Pull Terminal is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Collectibles and crypto assets are volatile and you can lose money.

Pull Terminal is provided “as is” and “as available”. We rely on blockchains, wallets, marketplaces, vaults and data providers we don't control, and we don't guarantee the site will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third parties, blockchain networks or your own transactions.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use Pull Terminal after a change means you accept it.
